Vehicle arrived damaged.
I shipped my classic car with them from CA to MI and paid the premium for ENCLOSED shipping, and it was originally a toss-up between them and Intercity Lines, but DAS was slightly cheaper.

I remained in CA while it was being shipped, and an elderly family member who didn't know anything about cars was to sign for the delivery.
It arrived over week late, but was apparently "lost" in their records for a couple days when I called to find out where my car was and why it haden't arrived.
The delivery guy I spoke with on the phone at the time of delivery seemed kind of nervous, but I didn't think much of it at the time.

I got back to MI a month later and found:

1) The car was coated with about 1/8in of dirt/dust (remember a premium was paid for enclosed shipping). It took 10 hours and compound to get out the scratches.
2) A quarter-sized chip of paint missing from one of the doors. The car had just been freshly painted to the tune of $6,000 about a year before.
3) The headliner had fallen in. Apparently the glue (3M weatherstripping) had literally melted off. It had been replaced 1 year before with no problems.

Obviously, they'd left the car in a desert parking lot and cooked the heck out of it.
Their coverage (without the couple hundred extra for insurance) was limited to something like $250, a joke.

Never again.
