Again another unhappy customer they promised a pickup date of May 19th never picked up till the 21st it has been in Atlanta since then. The tracking system is a joke. Customer Service knows nothing and also the salesman. They take you money and then change contract to there needs you are then at there mercy. They tell you there is no way to contract drivers this a flat out lie my driver tells me all drivers have cell phone and that he would have loved to drop it early but they are not allowed to do that????? BAD,BAD,BAD look at othe companies there are allot of other that can keep the quote dates look around
