We used them last year and all went well. this year was a disaster. The car sat at the drop-off point for over 2 weeks. we never knew what was happening as the salesman knows nothing and tells you to call customer service. When you call them you hold on for over 45 minutes. When you finally get someone, they give you wrong information.
This company should be shut down - they are totally incompetent.
