DAS has researched this issue. The vehicle was dropped off at the Pittsburgh terminal on 12/28 with an ETA to destination of 01/13. On 01/07 (6 days prior to due date), the customer advised us that he was going to have the vehicle picked up by another carrier. Essentially, DAS was not even given a chance to get the vehicle to destination before the customer opted to cancel.
We're glad to hear that the customer was able to find an alternate carrier to better meet his needs and expectations.
