Dont Believe the Estimated Time

I recently moved from CA to MA and so that i could get my car earlier in MA, i shipped the car 5 days before i flew from CA. Give a estimated 10-15 days transit, its already 25 days and DAS has no idea when it will reach MA.
Every time i call DAS they say its leaving today and when i call back next days its again leaving today. I have used DAS in the past and loved their service. In fact recommended them to at least 4-5 friends who i know used their service. BUt now i am a non-believer. I am paying through my nose for these rental cars and DAS has a standard, its a "ESTIMATE DELIVERY DATE" argument every time i call them. And of-course they will not comp me for the delay.
If you have to use them please use the "Guarantee Delivery" coz you will pay that amount in rental car. Or better just go with someone else

Regrettably, an imbalance of freight coming out of California did create some delays throughout the US. As the customer did not purchase a guaranteed transit option, our shipping times are ESTIMATED. However, it is always our goal to achieve all of our ETA's. Our records indicate that your vehicle was dropped off at our terminal in CA on 09/15 and you received it in MA on 10/08...23 days. We apologize for the delay.
