Where to begin. I would not have used this piece of sh*t company on my own, but I had booked it through All American Auto Shippers, who got very high ratings. Turns out they were a broker firm, and dealt with getting other companies to ship it. That company was very easy to work with, but I didn't realize they were a broker. Then I find out DAS is picking up my car. They come to my house on time, pick up the car, thorough inspection, get a tracking number, no problem there. However, I see for about a week the car has not left New Jersey, and this "24 hour monitoring" is bullsh*t, as it gets updated once a day tops. It is almost impossible to talk to customer service, as I am on hold constantly, and when I finally do get in touch it's no useful info. I later found out this company got an F on the BBB website, so clearly they are garbage. 3 days after the original estimated date (which isn't horrible for auto shipping, but they were given 1.5 weeks to do a 16 hour drive, I mean come on). I get the car. The truck driver calls me asking for directions, and when I give it to him he still takes the most roundabout path to me possible. When I get the car there were minor scratches (granted they could have easily been my fault). But 2 things are missing from my car: a USB charger that was broken, and my change. They stole about $5 worth of quarters, nickels and dimes that I keep for toll and drive thru purposes, and left my pennies behind. What kinda pathetic human beings...I will most certainly call AAAS and ask why they left my car at the hands of these incompetent morons, but do NOT let these guys handle your car. Every word on their website is a complete and utter lie.
