DAS has researched this move. In regards to the GPS, all customers are very specifically advised to remove all items from their vehicles prior to shipping and that DAS accepts no liability for missing items. As DAS does not inventory the contents of the vehicles we ship, there is no way to confirm what items may or may not be in a vehicle and we are, therefore, unable to pay any claim for missing items.
In regards to the expedite fee. Our records indicate that the shipment was delayed because payment had not been received. Once the shipment was paid for, the vehicle moved within the time frame promised. However, as a good faith gesture, we had given this customer a partial refund of the expedite fee.
