Vehicle arrived late and damaged. Claim of $3,000+ was agreed to promptly back in December, but as of this writing in mid-April, the check has not been received. Their A/P department disingenuously claims they have some sort of payable's backlog. Sounds more like they have financial problems and can't pay.
