I have never been lied to by so much by one company in my life! They're so helpful the first day until they pick up the car then it's all down hill from there, they told me it would take one week to get the car I had sold to a customer that was moving out of state on the 8th day, now it's the 8th day and they're saying it's 10 days away from being delivered and they say it's because they hadn't received the check in the mail from our Multi Million Dollar company, but didn't call and tell me the check hadn't arrived yet until I called to complain.

So now I have over nighted a check and gave them the tracking number and they say they will ship the car yesterday and today they say not till they get notification from the main office that the check has arrived.

So now i'm out $1,609 for shipping I traded one of our hottest selling vehicles for one of the worst selling vehicles for this customer who is now leaving Las Vegas for 8 weeks and wwill most likely buy the car some where else now and I will own a vehicle for $1,600 more because they lied all the way around! Complete Nightmare!!!

Then iff you call to try and get information you just get voicemails or you get someone on the phone ask for the manager and they put you on the phone with the person sitting next to them in the call room. Beware
