My car has been sitting for 2 weeks after it was picked up and still not assigned a truck. Agent told me it would be assigned and picked up within 1-2 days after a local tow company picked it up from my house. Selling agent will not answer calls or return emails regarding my shiplemt. My $60k car has been sitting outside in an unknown location for 2 weeks while tornados and bad weather encompass the state of Mississippi. Oh btw, I spoke with another lady from DAS who told me that it is normal for a car to sit at the terminal for a week before being picked up. This information was only given to me after I paid upfront in full!! Scam!!!
