I had the car picked up and delivered so I never saw their shipping/receiving terminals. The car was carried open-carrier and was dusty on arrival- but that was expected. The service was clear and the tracking was good until the car arrived in California. At that point it was not clear when exactly it would be delivered and I had to wait for a call from the tow driver- the exact date could not be confirmed by the scheduler. Overall a good experience and I would use them again.
