Our car was delivered on the first day of the delivery window. It was dirty (covered in oil) but undamaged.
BEWARE: We were falsely told by the DAS Customer Salesperson that we could pay after we dropped off the car at the terminal.
When we arrived at the terminal, we were not able to drop off the car until we paid. I had to call customer service in a scramble and deal with a unfriendly terminal operator. There was a huge disconnect between sales and the terminal operator and both blamed the other person for the error. I called sales again and was still told that I could pay after drop off... but DAS would not fax over my order to the terminal until I paid. Two months later I still don't understand this process.
