Still waiting on Car

DAS takes their time with your car.
Unless you book a expedited/specific delivery date, you are at their mercy.
By the time we are "supposed" to get our car it will be almost 30 days.
We have had to incur massive rental fees in order to have a car, during this absence.

Our salesperson said it would be in California from NJ in 17 days or less, and should be there "way faster". Well, the 17 days has come and gone and the car is still in St. Louis at a terminal. They have NO idea when the car will get here, maybe next week was the response.

Meanwhile the Customer Service reps, who I am sure are used to get yelled at constantly, just repeat over and over, "the delivery date is approximate". So in reality, they could deliver the car next year and still be accurate to that response. They offer ZERO remorse or apology. She even replied, "You did not choose the expedited service". Well, we are paying over $1500 for this service, and will never use DAS again, and will make sure our HR department knows to not use them.


Do NOT use DAS, I repeat, do NOT use DAS.
