Salespeople tell you they are better / more honest than the rest of the "middle men"

Took my car two weeks before it was ever picked up, phone system said it was on time until 2 days before scheduled delivery on a 6 day cross country voyage

This company is horrible. Save the $500 and use a "middle man". They may lie to you as well, and leave you without your car for way longer than necessary, but at least you'll save the money
