We shipped three cars through a corporate move program XXXtwo daily drivers and a highly modified 1993 RX7. One of the daily drivers was stripped bare, dented and soiled inside. It was finally delivered to us in this condition after more than three weeks. During that time, the company claimed the truck had been lost, was delivered to the wrong terminal and the carrier had broken down. The RX7 was severely damaged XXXthe entire exhaust system (including the headers) was bent beyond recognition. After more than four weeks of incomplete, inaccurate and suspicious responses from them to us as well as our corporate sponsor, we finally threatened a lawsuit. Car was delivered in undrivable condition a few days later.
The only decent customer service rep on their side who was helping us got fired in the middle of this fiasco. We climbed their customer service ladder, as did our corporate sponsor, and were astonished at the level of incompetence and dishonesty within this company. Fortunately our corporate sponsor severed the relationship over this but regular consumers should BEWARE.
