They finely addressed my concerns and made it kinda OK at end. In a nutshell. I paid for covered transport. I never saw my Benz in covered truck. And when it did show up late the interior was VERY dirty. Drivers door panel area covered with dirt/grease.
At end they gave me small credit for cleaning Benz and were helpful.
