My car was pilferred and we were completely robbed. I shipped my vehicle from Dallas to Bristol PA and when we picked up my Mercedes Bendz clk I found we had been robbed. Our gun was stolen ( my husband is a police officer), video camera, camera's, usb wires, PERSONAL childrens video's, legal papers, address books, clothing, personal papers, dvds, battery chargers and so much more. The car was dropped off in what looked like a wrecker yard.My car was covered in oil and grease and completely filthy on the inside. Someone had even driven my car. It looked as if someone personally drove it to PA. Not even kidding! When I called the Bristol office that I was robbed from she called me a bitch. I called the Bristol PA office a few days later and a woman there named Jessica 215 826 0250 told me that she was sorry for the behavior of her white trash receptionist. She told me they pulled the video of the car being dropped off and from the time it was there and no one went in it. Then I called DAS and spoke with someone named Jessica 1800-826-1083 x 2259 who proceeded to tell me what I should more upset about. She told me i should be more upset about my children's video's rather than the gun! uhhhhh.... she also proceeded to defend her company. I received one message from her boss daryle woleson 800-826-1083 x 5098. NO one has called me or responded from the company in weeks. I have nothing left. No memories of my children, my childhood, address and no one cares. The company didn't even offer a refund. Someone is walking around with a STOLEN GLOCK and the company has done what it can to cover up it's tracks. I can't afford an attorney at this time and since the car has traveled stated to state I have no idea what to do. Now we have to ship my car to LA and we have no one to do it. DAS is the has the most HORRIBLE customer service and I regret trusting anyone with my vehicle and personal items.

do not use them, they will lie to you on the phone and tell you what you want to hear. nothing is sacred with the drivers of this company. They are a bunch of losers that aren't the least bit ethical in anyway. please feel free to email me ugomoe2001@yahoo.com
