I used DAS to transport my vehicle when I moved from Texas to California and had a good experience so my husband and I used DAS again for our recent move from California to Massachusetts.
Customer service was always available prior to the transport and answered all my questions each time. They gave me details about the transport logistics and everything was pretty much done accordingly.
They were very flexible in terms of pick-up and drop off address and understood we did not have all the details until a day or two prior to pick-up/drop-off.
Pick-up was done exactly when planned and was a very easy process. It took 10 days for our cars to be delivered which was about what we expected. During the wait, DAS sent emails letting us know when the cars had left CA, when they had entered MA, and called a few hours before delivery to let us know the cars would be delivered.
The best part of this was the "no hidden fees" part. You pay exactly what they say you will.
I would definitely use DAS again!
