I wasn't told that they were picking up the car on Thursday but weren't going to put it on the carrier until Saturday or Sunday, so we didn't get the car in California until the following Friday or Saturday (can't remember when). I did ask about picking up the car later, but was told that it would delay when the car arrived - but since it wasn't leaving the lot until later, obviously it wouldn't have mattered. I could have saved money on the rental car that I rented from Thursday through Monday in Maryland if I had known that I could have kept the car longer.

Also, when the car arrived in California, they didn't have any drivers available to deliver the car to my house so we had to go to the lot to pick it up or had to wait yet another day to get the car.

Other than that, I've used DAS before and they are very reliable in terms of transporting the car itself and I have no problems with them and would recommend them; their drivers are very good.
