Premium price for average service. Representative signed the acceptance of the vehicle prior to inspection with me, the customer. Dispatch lady at the front counter was nice but I had to wait over 15 minutes before she even acknowledged I was at the front window. I was the only person their! Car was washed but interior was not vacuumed and exterior was not wiped down. 900 was an expensive choice and I would not choose again just because the price did not justify the service. I am extremely reasonable and give everyone a fair chance so I'm giving an overall rating of 6 out of 10. The only item I was happy with was the delivery time which was realistic and prompt. My advice: Shop around because there are better shipping companies than this one.
