My car came 3 days late of the estimated time, so that is on time to me. They were the most reasonable cost as I chose to drop off and pick up at a terminal. If there is one close to you I recommend it, saved me $200. My car did come back with minor paint damage, but I think if I would have drove it 2700 miles across the country it would have faired much worse. I think I can buff it out. The pick up terminal did a quick wash job to make it look presentable. All in all my car got here in one piece. No major complaints because I did not expect perfection. You want guaranteed time, then pay for it! They delivered good enough for what I paid for.
