I've used DAS three times and each experience was great. My only "complaint" was that you used to be able track your vehicle's actual progress on the website. Now it just says "En Route" for the status. Doesn't make a difference in the delivery time but it was fun to know where the car was each day.

If you're shipping a car to the Los Angeles area, their office is located a few blocks from the Artesia Transit Center which makes picking up the car easy and cheap (it cost me about $4 in bus fare to get there from West Hollywood)
