We went with DAS because another company that came recommended to us decided to take the holidays off. DAS was open during the holiday time that we needed. After reading their reviews, I was a little nervous about using DAS, but went ahead with using their service. Drop off in Carson, CA went very smoothly. The man who attended to us was not very talkative, informative or friendly, but the process was quick (there was another person working there who came out to check on us, and he was much more friendly and attentive to us). Didn't catch their names. We were told that it would arrive in the destination (Mesquite, TX) around 14 days from that time. About 12 days later, we received the call that our car had arrived in Mesquite and was ready for pick-up. We were able to pick-it up on the 14th day. In Mesquite, they were very friendly. After initially talking to the receptionist, Kenneth Livingston attended to us (he washed the car and brought it up to us). He was very professional. The car had no damage to it whatsoever, and the mileage was the exact same mileage that it had when it was dropped off. Overall, we would say that we were pleased with the entire experience that DAS provided, and compared to other car transporters, the prices were very good.
