Picked up on time and as advertised, was told car to be delivered no later then the 1/31 and pick up was on 1/14. Car sat for a week before leaving yard. DAS says you can track your car on-line not quite true, automated phone system was spotty. When I called I sat on hold for at least 15 minutes anytime I was able to speak with anyone. Asked for follow up call that never happened was not told about delays or given any information other then "we're busy". I get that but not poor communication and customer service. I paid and average price for substandard service. This is the fifth car I have shipped and the first and last with DAS. All I can say is that the car did arrive without damage. I can only imagine how much trouble it would have been if there was damage. Stay away
