Auto Shipment Sucks

We have used DAS because of the rating we saw online. Do not be fooled by the rating. Car was picked up on the 3rd of January and finally got to San Diego on the 26th. When we heard the car finally arrived in San Diego, we call the lot where they dropped it off we decided to pick the car ourself because we do not want to wait another 2 days for them to deliver to our door. Although we paid door to door service. We understand of maybe 1-2 days delay from ETA time but not 2 weeks. It took almost 3 weeks for our car to make it to the final destination. We have used other Carrier in the past and it made it to San Diego in 1 week time. One truck and driver picked up from Virginia and same truck and driver delivered to our doorstep in San Diego...

Again, I do not recommend DAS auto shipper to anyone. CSR sucks and rude. Always tells you that we are waiting for info from dispacth and we will call you. We had to call them everyday to get info and even with that NO INFO. Our sales rep who we signed with was hilarious, Bernie said they are better than the rest because we are not brokers and we have our own truck that can deliver. We found out that a Tow truck picked up the car and a tow truck delivers it to your door. I have not ever experienced that in the past.

Again, I am only giving my honest review for this company and I am a very unsatisfied customer who paid in full for a door to door service but end up picking the car up ourself from the tow yard at the final destination.
