I was relocating from California t Texas and wanted the best transportation for my fully restored 1964 Chevy Nova. When I called and scheduled the transport I specified that I needed an enclosed trailer. I was told that it would be no problem and that was all that was explained. I was given a pick up date that was all. When the truck arrived at my home to pick up my car it was not enclosed and the truck was broke. It took the driver 20 minutes to fix the truck. Once my car was loaded he handed me papers and left, nothing else was said. A week later I called to check on the progress and to see how much longer it would be before I received my car, I was informed that it was sitting UNCOVERED at a lot in Los Angeles and was waiting for a carrier to Austin TX later that week. Almost two weeks later I received my car, on an uncovered truck. After inspecting my car I noticed that there were 6 chips in the paint, greasy footprints on the carpet in the front seat, two greasy hand prints on the driver door, wet floor boards, water puddles in the trunk, and a nail in the front tire! Apparently they decided to wash it and put water directly into the car! They put air in the tire so I wouldn't see that it had something wrong with the tire. I inspected that car from top to bottom prior to transportation and to see that much damage in just under 3 weeks was heartbreaking. The cost was too high and they did not take care of my car at all. I am still waiting for a call back from the claims department.
