Dependable somehow managed to break the toggle switch that controls the driver side window. On the inside of the car! The first time I got into the car, which had been dropped off at a friend's house, I noticed I could not lower my window, because the toggle switch was broken. I called immediately. They dragged the claims process out for a month, and then denied the claim. I consider them very unethical. Use anybody else!
