I bought a car on eBay out of New York and after doing a bit of research, I decided that it would cost less to have the car shipped than to fly out w/ another person and drive back. I was weary of the reviews I read on DAS on this site, but went with them anyways due to low cost and delivery time not being terribly important. I called DAS with a quote number I received from their website.
The total cost to ship the car from Linden, NJ to Mesquite, TX was only $455. This was significantly less than anyone else had quoted me by at least a few hundred dollars. The car was dropped off by the dealer on a Thursday in New Jersey and arrived in TX the following Monday in the same shape it left New York. No problems to speak of. I am very pleased with the service I got from DAS.
