Car arrived in good condition, but the timeline and customer service were so poor that I will not use or recommend DAS to anybody.

Set up my move three weeks prior to drop-off and DAS did a great job of taking my payment right away. The car was picked up from the drop-off site in Tennessee the morning it was supposed to be delievered in Nevada. Right up to that day, customer service assured me it would be there on time and then their records magically changed to show a new drop-off and arrival date. Guess if you can't meet a deadline it's ok to just change the deadline and pretend it never happened which is exactly what DAS did.....even had one rep comment that I had "paid really far in advance" for my move.
