The car was picked up in New York on time and was tracked to Dallas in record time. Literally 2 days and the car was in Dallas, next stop Houston right? Wrong! The car spent a week in Dallas then when it finally left for Houston the trip took over 12 hours! This is a 4 hour drive at best. I wound up picking the car up from the terminal myself the next morning, even though I paid a premium for door to door delivery.
