20 days at the terminal - still not assigned to a truck

They picked up my car on the 17th of December and said that January 5th was a "worst case scenario" for delivery because of the weather and holiday.
January 5th came and went without my car even being assigned to a truck.
"The New Jersey terminal has too many cars".
Really? Why did they take too many reservations?
They said it "may" be 5 more days before they even knew when my car would be assigned to a truck.
I called and had another carrier pick up my car from the NJ terminal.
DAS says they will refund my money, less a $65 pickup fee.
I decided it wasn't worth my time to fight for $65.
I had a feeling they may delay my refund the same way they delayed my vehicle shipment if I made too much of a fuss.
