Overall, very satisfied with the service. From the minute I called to make an appointment to either pick up or drop off my Lexus IS 250, I was very happy with how helpful Bernie (customer rep) was. He was very friendly and courteous. The delivery was earlier than expected which was excellent! My car was well taken care of, no scratches or whatsoever which at first I was afraid and hesitant to use this company. If my family had to move to another state again, I would definitely use this company and would recommend them to anyone.
