The contact person was Bob London who was professional and excellent in all communications I had with him to make the contract with DAS for the transportation of my Cdillac to WA
The problem was with the delivery point personnel. I had gone to this location on Luscheck St Cincinnati Ohio twice to deliver cars to be transported with DAS and in both occasions the customer service was bad.

This time the person who was in charge of signing the car in was not professional. He wrote so many comments and non existing scratches on the sheet, that on paper it appeared like a junk car. I took pictures of this person reviewing the condition and left it that because in the five other occasions I had transported with tis company I always had the cars returned in perfect condition with no damaged to the cars. I was too aggravated by this person to argue and besides there was no one else at the garage to talk to .

The result at the delivery point was that the car had NO damages, however the small antenna on the back window IS broken . I did not complain, and i have to have it repaired.
I will continue to use DAS but I would like to report to DAS that they should really care about who is handling the receipt of the vehicles as this point can totally ruin the customers relationship with DAS altogether.
fortunately I live in WA now and expect not to have to drop off in Cincinnati again. I hope that personnel here will be better.
I would like to get reimbursed and have the antenna repaired at a Cadillac dealer in Olympia WA
