We have used Dependable for 4 cross country ships. Each time the car was picked up exactly at the time advised, and actually delivered a few days earlier than expected. The car was clean, and the experience was really good. I would definitely recommend using them and since my son will be going back and forth to LA, from DC, I know we will use them again!
The cost was reasonable for door to door service. We could have saved money if we delivered it to the warehouse ourselves, but the convenience was well worth the price.
