I had to make a cross country move in September 2011. Before I came to dependable auto shippers, I had a miserable experience with AAA Auto Shippers. After cancelling with them and walking way, this left me behind my move schedule when I finally made the good decision to contact Dependable Auto Shippers. The main person I've spoken to every time was Bryan and he was very responsive and returned calls, etc. When I came with questions throughout the transport, he had answers...RIGHT answers.

The link the company provided to track my car's "journey" cross country actually worked and was accurate up to the delivery day.

The gentlemen both in Alabama and California were professional and appeared that way as well (neat, clean, and sober). Both tow companies used in AL and CA did towing for the city as well. They noted any and all scratches and allowed me to do my own inspection when my car was delivered.

One MAJOR lesson I learned from this experience is NEVER use auto transport companies that contract their drivers out to other companies. Dependable Auto Shipppers does not contract out their drivers for auto transport. It's DAS all the way.
