DAS is NOT a dependable shipping company! They transported our car from Sacramento to Los Angeles (400 miles total distance) in 06/2011 and when our Mercedes arrived, it had 100+ extra miles on it and the gas tank showed a blinking empty light! They have no explanation for it and said $100 compensation for the miles and gas was fair. This shipping cost us $1000 total and for that they allow their employees to take our car for joy ride for over 100 miles. They have the worst customer service. We have been dealing with a manager named Amanda and we leave her messages but she never calls back. When you do call her, she says on her voicemail the current day and time and that she's busy. Obviously not busy enough to change her voicemail message everyday. This company is a fraud! Do not use them for shipping your car!!!
