I used DAS through my company when I relocated out to AZ. So I'm sure they charged them a arm and a leg. I got my car almost on time (they left a 10 day window...). It was delivered by a local towing service that had not done this type of delivery. So who knows how many people were in my car and driving it around. He gave me the forms to sign to pick up and I asked him about the damages on my hood and the sides of my car. He said all he was to do is get my signature and contact them after to make a claim. Should have known better that sounded to easy.
My car's hood was scratched all up and with two dents/ scratches through the paint to the metal. It also looked like the strap from the truck slapped against my hood till it looked like a scratched up mess. I had other scratches and dents on the side but my hood needed to be completely redone. I called later in the day to make a claim and they said they will schedule someone to come out to see the damage and to take pictures.
Someone did come out took pictures and and left. I did not hear anything for over a month. I got a letter in the mail denying my claim. They said the damages were already there which was a lie and told me there is nothing they will do to help me out.
DO NOT USE, IT WOULD HAVE HAD LESS DAMAGE ON MY CAR IF I DROVE IT MYSELF ACROSS COUNTRY. CUSTOMER SERVICES HAS ALLOT TO BE DESIRED.
THE DAMAGE ON MY CAR IS MORE THAN WHAT IT COST TO SHIP IT.
