False Advertising/Abominable Service

_ Initial contact favorable...I chose "Dependable Auto Shippers" due to the initial phone call interaction as well as their advertisement. " Trust our experience to drive your satisfaction" "Service Driven. Value Priced. DAS Deliver." See website for more false advertising by this company
_Vehicle was verbally estimated to arrive in approximately two weeks from drop off date.
_Vehicle did not leave drop off lot until three days after it had been verbally estimated to be delivered.
_Telephone calls to customer service were absolutely useless. The first day I attempted to communicate withthis company I spent 3-4 hours on the phone with no one able to answer my questions.
_Emails to customer service are answered by standard "Your message has been received...etc"
_Vehicle arrived in 31 days...not 14 days or even close to "approximately 2 weeks."
_I was stranded in a strange enviornment and new location with no vehicle for over two weeks and no customer service representative to questions as to when to expect my vehicle.
_DAS declines any responsibility based on "contractual agreement" in which they all but defer any resonsibility for anything. Disputing charges is futile as well as frequent. I suspect there is alot of "disputes" by credit card companies in this business..hence the comprehenisve contractual agreement that limits any liability.
_Full pre-payment is required before vehicle is accepted for transport.
_DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO PAY FOR "A GUARANTEED DATE OF DELIVERY"
