The company picked up the car in May 2010, the next day from the florida origion point but it sat in their depot in Orlando florida for 10 days, when they called me and said the transport company wouldn't take the vehicle because the brakes didn't work. They then said they would take it back to the origional point and I wouldn;t owe them anything. When the car got back out there, it was discovered they had broken off the inside shifter, and the brakes were fine. When I contacted them about the broken shifter they acted like they didn t know anything about that. I then contacted the owner I had bought the car from, and the owner of the business where the car was picked up, and was told eveything had been inspected and was in proper working order when Dependable picked up car. I am still in the process of getting the car delivered, and will be placing a claim against this company soon .
