Very smooth move, the Beetle arrived sooner than expected. Transporter was a friendlyand knowledgeable driver, he did an excellent job moving my auto from Virginia to Ohio, without any visual damage. He called me three times to update me on this location, he also worked with me on the off loading area, this was critical since the trailor was 75' long. My only criticism is that Dependable Auto Movers should of called me when the vehicle was picked up, so i could have adjusted my schedule accordingly.

We are so glad to hear that the Transporter did an excellent job. Once a vehicle is dispatched to a trucking company, we email our customers with the approximate pickup & delivery dates that the trucking company gives to us. Our email says that the dates are approximations and that the truck driver will call 3 to 8 hours before delivery.
