I booked this company for transport of two cars from Seattle to Phoenix for early November. I gave them a pickup date of November 22 and was told - no problem car will be picked up pretty quickly. Then I called and asked them if we should move up the date to some time earlier and they said - Don't do it, the cars will be picked up. Well the trucker calls and says he'll pick up on Nov 20 -23. Then it becomes November 27-28. Then on November 26 he calls and says he decided to do some deliveries in California and not come get the cars b/c of bad weather and won't be in until Dec 5+. We called Dependable Auto Movers and they said this was the first they heard of anything and they can maybe get someone for Dec 2+. Well we had told them we needed to move by end of November during the call when they told us not to change the pickup date. Well we decided to cancel and start over with someone else and they won't refund the deposit b/c-"we've been making calls allmorning for you.." I told them it really wasn't the money b/c my next employer is paying for the move and they say well why didn't you tell us sooner, we could have gotten a truck earlier then. Well they can have the money and their attitude. If you want a company that handles service like this then go ahead and book with them. I'll drop a note to the BBB.

We did find another driver for this nice couple. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Their vehicles were picked up within 10 business days from the first available date & were safely delivered to them. I know moving is stressful, especially when everything seems to go wrong. We hope that you are settled in. We appreciate your business. Thanks!!!
