OK...being in the Army I hunted for the BEST deal possible!! But after checking the cheapest companies' Better Business Bureau rating, I decided to go with Dependable. THEY WERE GREAT! I requested pick up and they gave me a pick up date 2 days later! I was expecting it to be on or around that date but Pioneer Express came to my door on the date they promised! the projected delivery date was November 6th and it came on halloween! Almost a week early, which is great! i don't know how they got it across country that fast but it was not dirty or damaged. The truckers spoke very little english and did not call exactly 3 hours before drop off, but that was okay because they didnt mind waiting for me to scramble around to get the money order. ZERO problems with Dependable, whenever I called I got the same person with a great attitude and her hands on my paperwork. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE DAS AGAIN!
