It went quite smoothly all in all with one false start as the driver missed the directions. The car was picked up within a day of our placing the order and arrived on a timely basis. Communications with the drivers could have been a bit clearer but overall, everything went well. Our college age daughter who was receving the car was treated nicely. Price was reasonable. It is such a blind transactions you need these reviews to evaluate but you are always at the mercy of the drivers. Once we met Lenny,our driver, we were more comfortable. You have to be able to depend on the broker to pick a responsible and experienced driver and Dependable accomplished that for us.
