Dependable lives up to its name

This was my first experience in using a transport carrier and therefore I relied upon Transport Reviews to decide which among several similarly priced transports companies I would use. That was a great decision.

Dependable Auto Movers lived up to its name and provide a totally great experience. Sarah went over the top in customer service including calling the trucker for me on the day of pickup, checking for Ernestos' path through Florida and generally providing great advice. She asked the car to be loaded on top, something others wanted to charge $100 extra for.

No transporter can guarantee a perfect delivery, but I decided that Sarah and the other kind folks at Dependable would be on my side in case of a problem. Since I did not have any problems, I can not validate that, but I have no doubt.


So bottom line, if your car is here and needs to be there or if your car is there and needs to be here, call these guys and find something else to worry about.
