The car was picked up 8 days after the car was availaible for transportation. I acknowledge that it is in line with the contract terms: "within 3 to 10 day", so I can not really complain. However, in my previous experience with other movers, car was picked up the same day or just 1 day after, which made everything more convenient. As an advantage, Dependable Automovers were $200 cheaper then most of thier competitors. So there is a trade off convenience - price. Please, use them depending on your situation. The transit time between Maryland and California was 6 day,
which I think is pretty fast. There was no damage to the car.
