Overall, the car was picked up safely and earlier than expected, it was delievered a bit later than its new delievery time but it was very safe and well taken care of. The reason it was late was not due to any trouble with the carrier it was just the truck that had a flat to be changed which set the driver back a bit. But since it was actually a day or so earlier than I expected, waiting a few hours past the time the driver told me to expect him was ok! It was a difficult car to get off the carrier being so old and narrow in base, and they took their time with it and were very nice.
