After spending a fair amount of time getting rate quotes, reading reviews, and sending emails to some of the transport companies, I called Dependable Auto Movers and talked with Shelley. She stated that they are one of the smaller companies, they are a broker, and they have been in business for about three years which has given them enough time to weed out the drivers that do not provide good service. Shelley stated that since there are still more cars coming from Florida (it was shipped in early June) than going into Florida it wouldn't take long for a driver to pick up the car after I placed the order.

I placed the order on Monday afternoon, the car was picked up from Bowling Green, Kentucky on Wednesday and delivered to Cocoa Beach, Florida the following Tuesday at 9:00 P.M. The total time from placing the order until the car was delivered was slightly over 8 days. Considering the price (including the $10 admin fee) was $505 for door to door service, it seemed like a really good deal to me. I would definitely use Dependable Auto Movers again.

I didn't get to meet the driver personally but the people that were present when the car was loaded and unloaded had good things to say about him.

Please note that this company is not the same as DAS (Dependable Auto Shippers). I mostly mention this because one of Dependable Auto Movers competitors tried to tell me that Dependable Auto Movers is DAS.
