My decision to use Dependable Transport came during the first ten minutes of my phone contact with their office. I had included almost twenty companies in my original search for a transporter. I then reduced the twenty to the ten companies that I considered the most competitive based on their estimates. My two criteria were overall cost and length of time to execute.
As I contacted each of the companies, I was sensitive to the way that I was greeted, and how familiar each representative was with the mechanics of the process. The young woman who represents Dependable was both polite and engaging. She also knew without hesitation everything about how the move would take place, who would be actually doing the transporting, and what car was being moved. I was impressed with her competence and pleasant manner of doing business. She was also very clear in her communications, anticipating almost all of my questions with very explicit information.
I am pleased to recommend Dependable Transportation to anyone considering the movement of a motor vehicle of any significant value.
