The car was picked up in Scottsdale, Arizona. The driver inspected the car and loaded it aboard. It arrived within 4 days of pickup. It was an open transport so the vehicle was dirty but undamaged. The driver was very nice and made arraingements with my wife to pick it up. I would use them again in a heartbeat. if I have any issue, it would be the lack of a call on pickup to know it had been done.
