I think they should change their name to UNdependable auto movers. I scheduled my move from NC to AZ through them 30 days in advance and was told there would be a 3-10 business day pickup. 10 days after my vechicle's available date, it was still sitting in NC and I had heard nothing from them. I called and was told they were still looking for a driver. She had my $100 deposit, which she said she had thrown into the price to make it more enticing for a driver, but come to find out, they had the vechicle posted on the dispatch for $695. No wonder they hadn't found a driver to transport it. Then she said it would cost me an additional $50 to have it picked up next week sometime. I had been without the vehicle for over 3 weeks already and who knows when or if it would ever get here. They were anxious to refund my deposit since they weren't making the inflated profit above their deposit, however, I still haven't seen the refund. After a lot of wasted time and aggravation I wished I never had given them a chance. STAY AWAY!!
